Prime Health Services was founded by Brian Sharp and three other PPO network experts in 2001. Originally a Tennessee-focused network run by a local hospital, Comp Plus turned into Prime Health Services, Inc. in 2001 and was spearheaded by Sharp, who has been the sole owner since 2007. Growing from a regional network of 12,000 to a national network with over 800,000 medical providers in network, Prime Health is a vast, strong preferred provider network with representation in all 50 states, from rural areas to metropolises. From the early days of being a strong regional PPO network, Prime has grown into so much more as it now serves the top insurance carriers, employers, governmental agencies, and corporations as their primary PPO network and medical cost containment solution in the United States.

We have a vast network of medical providers consisting of family practice, physical therapy facilities, and specialty practitioners that provide quality healthcare services to our clients’ employees or customers.
